Sessions are currently held on selected Fridays and Saturdays, accessible from Zürich, Zollikon, Männedorf, Pfäffikon, Freienbach, Wollerau, Schindellegi and Zug.

For those who want to develop their adaptability.
Exploring different partners, interactions and situations to broaden the range of possible responses without relying on predetermined reactions.

CYCLE & REGISTRATION
Each cycle includes three sessions held approximately one month apart. Registration reserves a place for the full three-month cycle, with payment in full upon registration.
Places are limited to preserve the quality of the practice and individual attention.

The work is based on more than 39 years of experience, originally rooted in Krav Maga and now extending into a broader approach to integrated preparation.
