Sessions are currently held on selected Fridays and Saturdays, accessible from Zürich, Zollikon, Männedorf, Pfäffikon, Freienbach, Wollerau, Schindellegi and Zug.

Sessions are conducted personally by Philippe Kaddouch.

A dedicated space for the continued development of The Method around Lake Zurich, wi individual, family and group practice formats.

Sessions are individually structured according to the person, family or situation.

INDIVIDUAL LABS
Focused one-to-one preparation.

DUO LABS
Developing awareness, coordination, communication and adaptability through shared preparation with a partner.
60 min · CHF 350 per session (two participants)

FAMILY LABS
Developing awareness, communication, responsibility and adaptability within the family.
60 min · CHF 280 per session

The work is based on more than 39 years of experience, originally rooted in Krav Maga and now extending into a broader approach to integrated preparation.
